Studio located on a private home property. Thank you for honouring the sensitivity of the space.

New Clients

Please select INITIAL APPOINTMENT as an add on, which allows time for a thorough consultation to understand your needs, as well as an assessment of movement patterns. 

​

Somatic Integration & Sound Healing 

For clients wishing to deepen their experience, 30 minute sessions can be added to your treatment to receive body awareness and somatic exercises to support integration, as well as sound attunement for deep parasympathetic nervous system reset.

Soul Studio Cancellation Policy

​

At Soul Studio, your session time is held with intention.
I prepare the space, my energy, and the ceremony of the work specifically for you.
Because of this, clear boundaries support both of us.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice:
    You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment with no fee.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:
    The full session fee applies.

Reduced Late-Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel within 24 hours but are able to reschedule within 7 days, a 25% cancellation fee applies instead of the full fee.
(This is offered at my discretion and may not be available during busy periods.)

Missed Appointments / No Shows

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee.

​

Exceptions

I offer compassionate consideration for:

  • sudden bereavement

  • acute illness

  • personal emergencies

These situations are responded to individually and with care.

​

First-Time Grace

If you have never cancelled late before, you may receive a one-time grace waiver.
After that, the standard policy applies.
