Yoga Therapeutics 

Rachael is a qualified Yoga teacher, who is passionate about how Yoga can create whole body alignment and help to establish the inner resources for holistic health. Her practice was firmly established in India in 2012, and has since studies under various schools and practices including: 

 

  • Restorative Yoga

  • Trauma Informed Yoga 

  • Soma Chi (Vinyasa) (Somatic Flow)(Chi Gong) 

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Yin Yoga

  • Meditation 

Integration & After Care 

Bodywork can open deep pathways within the body, mind and spirit. Yoga Therapeutics can be a valuable way to process and integrate the experience long after you leave the studio. This 30-minute session offers a gentle space to receive personalised Yoga guidance to support your wellbeing beyond the treatment table.

Together we may explore practices to help you continue caring for yourself in the hours, days and weeks following your session.

These may include:

• Nervous system regulation practices
• Breath Structural and Energetics analysis 

• Pranayama exercises 
• Simple stretches or body awareness exercises
• Lifestyle and wellbeing guidance
• Ritual practices to support ongoing yoga practice

This offering is ideal for those who wish to deepen the benefits of their bodywork and cultivate greater awareness of how to support their own healing process.

Available as a 30-minute add-on to any bodywork session.
